Under the direction of the Vice President for Agricultural Administration and Dean of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES), this position is responsible for government relations in the CFAES. In cooperation with the overall direction of the Ohio State University Office of Government Affairs, develops/strengthens relationships with public officials at all levels of government, university advocates, agencies, university leadership when appropriate, and related staff for these groups to positively impact the college and advance the universitys agenda.
