Job DescriptionThe Head of Staff assists the President, Executive Cabinet, and BSU/NTC Cabinets in administering all aspects of Bemidji State University (BSU) and Northwest Technical College (NTC) educational, administrative, and executive activities. The Head of Staff also serves as the senior development officer for NTC. This position requires thorough knowledge of BSU and NTC policies, procedures, and operations, and understanding of the Collegeâ™s and Universityâ™s role within the Minnesota State system, region, and local community.
