Organization The Texarkana, U.S.A. Chamber of Commerce (“the Chamber”) was founded 117 years ago and is a nonprofit, business-focused organization with over eight hundred members, ranging in size from large corporations to small businesses, from nonprofit agencies to higher education institutions. The Chamber’s mission is to improve Texarkana USA’s quality of life by welcoming, uniting and promoting business.
