Senior Associate, Strategy and Compliance, Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Initiative
Project OverviewThe substance use prevention and treatment initiative (SUPTI) works to develop and support policies that address the opioid epidemic. The project does this by providing direct technical assistance to states on how to improve access to evidence-based, high-quality treatment for people with substance use disorders and implement other strategies to reduce the number of overdose deaths. Additionally, the project highlights and disseminates innovative community-based strategies to address the opioid epidemic. Finally, the project conducts advocacy in Washington, D.C., to achieve its programmatic objectives.
