DescriptionThe Chief Legal Officer (CLO) develops, manages and implements legal posture and counsel for the organization. Currently, this role is responsible for the overall legal, government affairs, risk management and corporate compliance functions for CCHMC. The CLO provides comprehensive legal advice and services for Cincinnati Children's, its Board of Trustees, the CEO and PLT, either directly or through supervision of counsel. It is expected that the new CLO will further streamline and evaluate the various functional responsibilities reporting to the CLO role.Reporting Relationships The CLO reports directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and is member of the PLT.
