BARC Electric Chief Executive Officer
BARC’s Board of Directors seeks to add a CEO who will assume leadership of a foundationally strong and innovative cooperative and to serve as the face and voice of its employees, member-owners, suppliers and the community. The incoming CEO will use proven leadership skills to maintain an already strong culture. Thus, the CEO will be an intuitive and a natural leader with an exceptional ability to align the Cooperative’s strategic initiatives with operational objectives and metrics. While reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead and oversee the cooperative in a way thatis forward thinking and one that promotes continuous improvement. Additionally, s/he will keep a keen eye on already healthy financials and the overall state of the business and make the changes
