In this role, you will manage several critical employees including Call Center Manager, Document Review and Recertification Manager and Credentialing Operations Coordinator. This position reports to the Executive Director/CEO. To succeed in this role, you will have strong communication and analytical skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to think strategically.
