Role requirements:Administers full talent acquisition cycle by assisting managers with drafting job descriptions and request forms, enter job requisition details into Workday, posting positions on the web, screening applicants for minimum and preferred requirements, coordinate interviews, follow up with job applicants throughout the interview phase, perform hire and onboarding tasks for new hires.Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, job fairs, internet, employment agencies, newspapers, journals, etc.).
