You are: A Litigation and Investigations Counsel who will conduct internal investigations, including matters related to: legal, regulatory, and policy compliance; employee misconduct; and security matters. You will support company responses to government investigations. You will manage and oversee litigation and dispute matters, including claims, litigation, and bid protests. You will support internal functions, including Security, Human Resources, and Employee Relations in resolving matters involving legal and reputational risk, including personnel matters. You will provide advice and recommendations to legal and business stakeholders for appropriate matter resolution.
