Education and Experience - Advanced degree in public health, public policy, or related professional (Required)
- 10 to15 years of experience in health policy, health services research, or policy development with progressive leadership responsibilities. (Required)
- Familiarity with health services research, evaluation science, performance assessment, quality improvement, and regulation of health care quality and safety. (Preferred)
- Experience in medical professional affairs or association management. (Preferred)
Skills and Attributes - Strong communication skills and comfort representing the organization to external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated staff leadership and management
- Proven track record of stakeholder management and consensus development.
- Organized, results-oriented, and able to prioritize
