The Director of External Affairs position provides leadership and strategic direction in the planning, development, management and implementation of the Port’s External Affairs program, which includes Government Relations, Maritime and Industrial Marketing Communications and Community Relations. This position will oversee the overall direction and management of communications and public affairs functions at the Port. Serves as a member of the Port’s management team.
