About NC Dental Society
The North Carolina Dental Society was founded in 1856 and is one of the oldest dental societies in the country. We represent nearly 3,900 member dentists – more than 60 percent of the dentists in North Carolina.
The NCDS is a part of the American Dental Association, and all NCDS members are also ADA members. Our five districts constitute the final leg of our tripartite structure. We are headquartered in Cary. Our mission is to help all members succeed.
