The successful candidate must have demonstrated skills in building community partnerships and coalitions, government relations, fiscal management, leadership skills, oral and written communications, membership relations, and small business development. Experience developing and retaining a strong and diverse staff in a team-oriented environment a plus.

Applicants should possess a four-year or advanced college degree, have a minimum of ten years in senior level Chamber or economic development experience with an organization of similar scope and complexity. CCE, IOM or CED designation preferred but not required. Preference will be given to the candidate with local and regional relationships.
