Successful candidates will be fast learners who can think on their feet and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization. A broad marketing background including experience in a variety of marketing channels is preferred. Responsibilities: • Execute marketing plans for Thompson's HR and federal contracting product lines across a variety of channels • Assist in developing marketing plans for new HR and federal contracting products and services • Assist with marketing and promotion of all HR and federal contracting affiliated webinars and online training programs including coordinating with webinar producers, reviewing marketing copy, formatting and scheduling email promotions and posting product pages to various websites • Use and improve our reporting methodologies for all marketing and sales results and activity. • Monitor ongoing performance of HR and federal contracting product areas and provide sales and marketing reports to management • Provide other support to marketing and communications efforts as needed
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required • B2B marketing experience • Experience with Eloqua and HTML coding or familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus • Strong writing skills • Entrepreneurial instincts and a strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning • Self-starter with excellent organization, time-management and prioritization skills • List management and manipulation skills with solid Excel skills
